Projects and Features

Community Involvement

Niagara College requires its Esthetician Program students to participate in 30 hours of volunteer community involvement per year.

Last year our students took part in events ranging from Niagara College open houses to fundraisers supporting Habitat for Humanity.

We welcome any inquiries that may engage our students in the practical experience required to meet these necessities.

In addition to volunteer participation, our second year students are also required to fulfill 45 hours of clinical practice, which is carried out in the Niagara Waters Spa.

This is a brand new, fully equipped esthetics facility designed to offer a variety of services which is open to the general public. This spa experience will give the students the ability to strengthen their skills and knowledge gained in class.

For more information on community involvement and volunteer programs, please contact the Program Co-ordinator
