In this course, you will examine the psychological, physiological, and environmental aspects of stress. You will investigate and analyze the emotional and cognitive responses to stress. You will explore a variety of coping methods that reflect a comprehensive management approach to the study of stress with opportunities for learning applications to deal with the everyday major sources of personal stress.
