You will also examine adult learning theory, establishing learning objectives, entry standards, characteristics and uses of alternative training methods and media, pros and cons of commercial packages, in-house design, coaching, evaluating program effectiveness, career planning, counselling theory and techniques, budgeting, planning, scheduling and coordinating program elements.
