This basic introductory course covers the fundamental aspects of managing human resources. It is designed to give students an overview of the personnel function and provide them with a framework in which to commence a management career. The key areas of responsibility are highlighted so that a broad coverage of the topic can be provided and thus enable the individual to have an understanding of the total scope of human resources management. Everything from the hiring process to the finality of termination will be covered.
