Advanced Winemaking I
You will learn how to make red wine in more detail, and complete the wine started last term. A tasting by the class as judges will determine the winning wine. You will develop an understanding how equipment, processes and methodology affect the styles of well made red wines as well as the underlying microbiological, biochemical and chemical principles involved.
