Digital Darkroom II - Photo Editing, Intermediate
Skills and techniques covered in Digital Darkroom I - Introduction to Photo Editing, will be furthered by the presentation of more time saving techniques for higher production. Amateur and semi-professional photographers will benefit from the sessions on digital workflow based on the concept of 'shooting, processing, editing, enhancing and delivery', using ADOBE Photoshop as the editing program. This course is designed for students who have successfully completed the Digital Darkroom I - Photo Editing, Intro course and are aspiring to higher levels of photo editing. Subjects include managing the volume of photos that result from a shoot, developing actions to automate workflows and advanced retouching of the face and body. Special focus is given to diagnosing what a photo/subject needs and how to make those edits quickly through advanced editing and improved technique.
