Tea Regions of the World

Course Code: HTSM1502C

In this Tea Sommelier 102 course students will examine the principal tea-growing regions of the world. They will develop a fundamental understanding of the history of tea and its influence on culture and world events. Students will taste teas that are representative of each region! Topics explored include: Study the various regions for tea production: China, India, Kenya and more, History, Tea types, Geography, Tea ceremony, Industry, Cupping/tasting
