Introduction to Tea
In this course students are introduced to cupping techniques, basic tea types, the origin of tea and professional grading standards. Perfect for the tea novice, whether developing a career in the hospitality, restaurant or retail industry or further engaging in an enthusiasm for tea. Note: Tea Sommelier 101 is a prerequisite for all remaining tea sommelier certification courses.
