Introduction to Vegan Cuisine
This course is an introduction to Vegan cooking: we will be exploring how to achieve colourful, flavourful and eclectic foods with out the use of animal or animal by-products. This multicultural journey will provide students with basic fundamentals of tried and true vegan cooking techniques from around the world.
