Take a Blissful journey through India and learn the ancient culinary traditions through hands-on practice. Begin your study with a brief introduction to basics of Indian Kitchen & Learning about Regional Cooking experience from different regions of India (Punjab, Goa, South India, Rajasthan,) from times past to the modern era. The tour will introduce glimpse of ingredients, Essentials of Indian Pantry, techniques, practices, flavors and aromas and the similarities and differences between the cultures comprising Indian cuisine.
