This is an introductory course designed to expose you to different factions of significant importance in all areas of the culinary profession. You will obtain a current Food Handlers Certificate from the Niagara Regional Health Department. In addition you will learn the proper food preparation techniques in relation to safe food handling, prevention of food borne illnesses and basic nutrition.
