This course is divided into two parts. The first part of the course is designed to provide students with an understanding of the international movement of goods and people as it pertains to the mandate of the Border Services and the movement of persons and goods in and out of Canada. The second part is designed to provide the student with an understanding of Canada's Immigration system and how it relates to the administration and enforcement of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and the regulations with particular emphasis on the admissibility and inadmissibility of persons entering Canada.
