Management Principles

Through this course, students will develop a fundamental understanding of the essentials of management as they apply within the contemporary work environment. Students will be taught key management principles and issues. Students will learn the "process of managing" and the behaviours that create effective management. This course, covers topics such as; managing in the 21st century, communications and interpersonal skills, leadership, motivating and rewarding employees and understanding work terms.
