Bake Theory I

Course Code: BAKG1010C

In this course, you will be introduced to the basic principles of theory and the application of that theory within the baking industry. The role of major ingredients and how they affect the finished items will be discussed from a scientific approach. The key to becoming a great pastry chef is the understanding of the ingredients and how they react to one another.
