Parking Permit Terms and Conditions

  • Parking on a Niagara College Campus is available to students, faculty, staff, visitors, clients and guests. Purchasing a parking permit does not guarantee a parking space, but negates the necessity of paying a daily parking fee. Parking is accommodated on a first come, first serve basis. It is recommended that consideration be given to alternate modes of transportation such as the transit system or carpooling.
  • Co-operation and courtesy is expected from all drivers in compliance with parking regulations. Please keep your vehicle locked at all times.
  • Niagara College is not responsible for loss or damage due to fire, theft, collision, or otherwise to vehicle OR contents, however caused.
  • Permits must be clearly displayed at all times while parked on campus.
  • Permits must be displayed on rear-view mirror (expiry facing front windshield). Or on your front dash (face up).
  • Permit is not valid in parking lot A Welland Campus.
  • Transfer by sale or exchange renders the permit invalid. Forgery, fraud and possession of lost or stolen property are criminal offences. Vehicles displaying forged, altered, expired, or lost/stolen permits will be ticketed and/or towed. A lost/stolen replacement permit must be purchased.
  • Vehicles without a valid permit are subject to Bylaw enforcement.
