English Assessments

Determining eligibility

All students interested in registering for Enhanced Language Training for Employment (ELTE) or Occupation Specific Language Training (OSLT) must contact the Newcomer Information Centre to book an appointment to take their Canadian Language Benchmark Assessment (English Assessment), unless they have already done so.

Students must attain a Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) of 6-8 to be eligible for ELTE and OSLT.
