Timetable Support

Please be aware that the following items must be complete before you will be able to access your student timetable via the student portal:

  • Have you confirmed your acceptance and paid your fees?
    • If so, your timetable should be available for selection two working days after fees are paid and based on the Program Open Dates which are posted on the MyNC homepage.
    • Enrollment dates for all programs are published here.
    • If fees have not been paid, please visit niagaracollege.ca/fees-finances/
  • Have you obtained your user ID and password?
  • If you still cannot log into NICOLE or Blackboard., or are having difficulty resetting your password, contact the Computing Support Centre at 905-735-2211 extension 7642 or email csc@niagaracollege.caplease include your Student ID number in your message.
  • Any timetable corrections can be made in person at the Registrar’s Office:
    • Welland Campus, Room SE105
    • Niagara-on-the-Lake Campus, Room W109
    • Or contact the Registration and Records Helpline at 905-735-2211 ext. 7500.
