Job Description:

Information Technology Services requires students to assist with the daily support of the ITS service requests submitted by all campuses of the college.  Daily duties would include answering phones, supporting staff and students with software, hardware, and login related issues. Wireless support on various smartphones, tablets, Windows PCs, and Apple products.  Dispatching technicians to support classroom audio visual issues. Resupplying printers with toner and paper supplies


SWAT team members must have the following skills:

  • Ability to service various printer models installing toner and refilling paper
  • Technical aptitude
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Outlook 2013
  • Proficient in troublshooting wireless network issues will all versions of Windows and Apple OS
  • Good communication (written and oral) skills
  • Proficient in various versions of Microsoft Windows and Apple platforms
  • Hardware and Software troubleshooting
  • Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
