We are currently experiencing issues with the Helpdesk Phone system. If you have any technical issue please talk to one of our support staff located in the Library at both the Welland and NOTL campuses. We are working quickly to resolve the issues.
Starting tonight at 10pm network equipment is being replaced in the 1st floor east and north-east wings of NOTL Campus affecting all network services. The outage may last as long as 3 hours in the affected area.

On Wednesday July 22nd between 6am and 7am, ITS is performing network maintenance which will cause a network service outage for the Niagara Falls campus affecting network and phone services.
