ITS has received reports of phishing emails being sent to various college staff. The Phishing email claims to be coming from a “Patricia Johnson” Stating you have exceeded your Outlook Web App mail Quota and to click on a link to upgrade this limit. DO NOT click on any links.

Anyone receiving an email with the subject “ALЕRΤ! 89339148” (the numbers change with each email) from either the Canada Revenue Agency or torproject.org are asked to forward them to ITSHELPDESK@niagaracollege.ca and delete the email immediately. Please always practice safe computing – when in doubt ask before you click, or reply.
