Angela Butt takes on new role as associate dean

A message from Carolyn Triemstra, dean of  Community and Health Studies:

NC professor Angela Butt, who is pictured at convocation, has been selected to become associate dean for the School of Nursing and Personal Support Worker.

It is with great pleasure that I announce the official appointment of Angela Butt as associate dean, School of Nursing and Personal Support Worker, effective Monday April 10, 2017.

Angela joined Niagara College in 2007 as a professor in the Nursing and Personal Support Worker program cluster. Angela became the coordinator of the Personal Support Worker program in 2010. For the past two years, Angela has been the manager of International Nursing, Post Graduate Studies and Clinical Education. Angela gained extensive experience in related clinical areas prior to coming to Niagara College. Angela holds a BSCN from Queen’s University and is currently completing her Master of Nursing with an educational focus through Athabasca University.
