I would like to sincerely thank every single one of the KPI administrators at our Welland Campus this year for their assistance with administering the Ontario College Student Satisfaction Surveys. It was a very smooth process that would not have happened without their cooperation, enthusiasm and support.
The Annual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Student Satisfaction and Engagement Survey, mandated by the government of Ontario, is conducted by Niagara College every year. It is one of the five Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Ontario Colleges, along with Graduate Satisfaction, Employer Satisfaction, Graduation Rate and Employment Rate.
Here at NC, the annual survey is an essential tool in the college’s continuous improvement process and administering the survey is truly a college-wide endeavour.
I would also like to extend my appreciation to all the deans, associate deans and faculty for their support in scheduling the classes to survey, willingly permitting Team KPI into their class to conduct the surveys and for allowing their staff to volunteer their time to administer the KPI surveys this year.
A special thank you goes out to Carol Phillips, Anne Moses and Nicole Oud for allowing us to use their meeting space as ‘KPI Central.’ Their patience and cooperation as we disrupted their daily routine was much appreciated.
The survey results are very important to our College. They guide our efforts for continuous improvement and help support our goal of providing incessant student satisfaction.
A huge thank you to all of the support staff, faculty and the associate deans that made up Team KPI Administrators at the NOTL Campus this year during our 2016 KPI survey period. They were amazing and so wonderful to work with. They are a testament to the true KPI spirit here at NC.
Of course, the support of all deans and associate deans at this campus is instrumental to the success of coordinating these surveys, and I couldn’t do it without you.
To the faculty that allow us into their classrooms – their patience and understanding is appreciated and getting to know them is such a pleasure.
We truly could not conduct this important task for our College without everyone’s continued support going forward, so I hope to see everyone back next year. Of course, I cannot end without thanking Mother Nature for no Snow Day this year. What a blessing!
Together we can accomplish great things!
