Both staff and students – and all levels, from beginners to advanced, are welcome to join.
The club meets:
Mondays, 4:30 p.m. for distance running;
Wednesdays, 3:30 p.m. for cardiovascular; and
Fridays, 2:30 p.m. for strength training.
Meet in front of the Health Centre (AH125) at the indicated times. Runners should allow for one hour when they meet and dress for the weather.
