Are you interested in beginning a regular exercise routine, but having trouble getting started? Are you looking to revitalize your current routine? NC’s student fitness trainers can help.
The Fitness and Health Promotion program at Niagara College is offering all faculty, staff, students, and community members the opportunity to discover and improve individual fitness levels with their own Personal Fitness Trainer. Student trainers in their second year of studies will provide a free personal fitness assessment and training service for interested clients during the winter term. All are welcome, regardless of current fitness status, exercise goals, or previous participation in our program.
Each selected client will receive one 50-minute training each week for 13 weeks (includes one full week fitness training plan each week when applicable). The total value of this free service over the entire term is $720 before taxes, based upon $60/session for 12 sessions.
Training sessions will take place at Niagara College’s Welland Campus only.
