Make a Payment

Fee payment for post-secondary, graduate certificate, Bachelor’s degree, technical and skills training full-time programs.

If your address has changed, it is your responsibility to ensure that your current address is provided to Enrolment and Registration.

Methods of Payment

  • At your Bank, or your Bank’s Internet or Telephone Banking

    Use Niagara College as the bill payment and your student ID as the account number.

  • By Mail

    Certified cheque or money order payable to Niagara College. Please write your student number on the front of the certified cheque or money order.

Payment Due Date

Important: In order to be registered, payment must be made by the due date indicated on your Tuition and Fees Invoice. Payment is usually due within 2 weeks of receiving a fee statement.

If payment is not received by the due date indicated on your Tuition and Fees Invoice, you risk losing your seat in your program.

When Do I Get My Tuition Invoice?

If your program starts in:

  • September: your statement is mailed in early June
  • January: your statement is mailed in early November
  • May: your statement is mailed in mid-March

Part-time Day Studies and Continuing Education Courses

Payment for part-time Continuing Education programs must be made to the Continuing Education Department. All fees are payable at time of registration.

Indebtedness – Outstanding Fees

Students with outstanding fees or other indebtedness may be withdrawn from their course or program and will be ineligible to receive grades, transcripts, certificates or diplomas until all amounts owed to Niagara College are paid.
