C3 Conference - College Chemistry Canada Events and Things to do while in Niagara Niagara-on-the-Lake is home to the Shaw Festival, which produces the plays of George Bernard Shaw and his contemporaries in a 8-month season (April to November). Niagara-on-the-Lake is also on the Wine Route. Blessed with rich soils and a unique microclimate, Niagara is producing award-winning wines. Over 70 wineries invite you to taste their wares, including the College's own Niagara Teaching Winery. Fine wine goes hand in hand with good food. There are 450 restaurants in Niagara, including the Niagara Culinary Institute Restaurant at NOTL Campus, which will be our host for the C3 Banquet. There is also the Niagara College Greenhouse and Nursery where plants are on sale to the public 7 days a week. Plan to play a round of golf, visit the Falls and try your luck at the Casino, take in the historic charm of historic villages or hike the Bruce Trail.
