Seal the Summer

Spend the day with a member from our Junior Culinary Olympic Team Canada, Trevor Littlejohn! Trevor shares his passion for preserving by presenting a hands-on experience in the kitchen while you SEAL THE SUMMER!! In this class, Trevor teaches how to create small batch jarred preserves from seasonal products, to enjoy those tastes throughout the winter months. Learn special techniques in how to preserve and perhaps make it an annual tradition year after year.  This class takes you through the process of making jam, pickling summer vegetables, and preserving summer sauces! Enroll now, before the season ends!
