Rsvp is now closed! If you have not completed your Rsvp and are planning to attend your Convocation Ceremony, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
It’s important that you RSVP to let us know if you’ll be attending Convocation. Completing the RSVP online form ensures that you have a seat at Convocation. It also helps us plan catering details for the reception after the ceremony.
Note: We cannot accept an RSVP from anyone other than the graduating student.
- Please verify that your home address and email address are up to date via your MyNC account.
- Seating will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. As a courtesy to your fellow graduates we ask that you limit the number of guests seated in the auditorium to 3. There will be seating available in an adjacent auditorium for additional guests. Guests do not require a ticket.
- The Auditorium will be open for seating approximately 90 minutes prior to the ceremony. Please arrive early.
- Should the auditorium become full, guests will be able to view a live simulcast of the convocation ceremony held in an adjacent auditorium. Please join the graduates at the reception following the ceremony.
