Administrative Staff

The Terms and Conditions of Employment for Administrative Staff cover all probationary and regular full-time Administrative Staff employed by Niagara College. Regular full-time is defined as ongoing employment with the College, subject to termination, resignation or retirement.

Academic and Support Staff

The Colleges Collective Bargaining Act, 2008, designates the College Employer Council (http://www.thecouncil.on.ca) as the bargaining agent for Ontario’s colleges in negotiation with the union (OPSEU) representing academic employees within the colleges.
