At the Niagara Culinary Institute, we like to say that the culinary stars of tomorrow are cooking in our kitchens today. NCI and top regional chefs in community partnership design our menus. Our students prepare your lunch and dinner, and our students serve you. Our chef students pluck fresh herbs that have been grown by our horticulture students at the Niagara College Greenhouse; and we pour wines made by our students from our widely recognized and awarded Niagara College Teaching Winery.
