Centre for Students with Disabilities (CSWD) Documenting your Disability The Centre for Students with Disabilities (CSWD) is responsible for providing accommodation(s) to students with disabilities. When requesting accommodations or academic supports you will need to provide us with written confirmation of your diagnosis and/or the nature of your disability.
