The Centre for Professional and Organizational Development (CPOD) supports employee learning and organizational development at Niagara College by providing programs, opportunities and services for all College employees. CPOD values the commitment and contribution of all staff and collaborates with individuals and departments.
- Creating campus community is important at Niagara College and results in a more supportive campus environment – an important factor in enhancing student learning. One of the greatest vehicles for community building is education and development – with college employees as well as our students.
