Course Title: Field Placement II - FitnessView Course Outline
Admit Term: 2020 Winter 1201
Through completion of this course, students will synthesize the skills, knowledge, attitudes, and behaviours required of a fitness and health promotion professional. Students will complete 90 hours of experience including both on-site field hours and participation in a weekly seminar course. Students will analyze the connection and contribution of their post secondary education to workplace standards. Students must successfully complete all 75 hours of placement. Students must submit a Field Placement Intent Form and make contact with the Field Placement Officer to secure a field placement by week 3 of the term the course falls within. Failure to comply may result in removal from the course.
