Description

This course focuses on the fundamental skills that are required of a sales professional in today's environment. The course is intended to provide students with hands-on experience in the practical application of many of the key functions expected of sales professionals. Communication and presentation skills will be enhanced through in-class activities and role play situations. As well, active participation is encouraged to prepare the student to develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required to be successful in the sales environment.
