Course Title: Physics for GamingView Course Outline
Admit Term: 2020 Winter 1201
This course will provide you with a foundation in the theory and practice of physics for 2D and 3D computer games. You will study motion in one, two and three dimensions and apply Newton's laws and forces of friction to motion. As an alternative approach to modelling motion you will study work, kinetic energy, potential energy and conservation of energy. From there you will study momentum, collisions and rotational motion. Course topics will be implemented through game programming.
