Description

You will be introduced to the basic principles, language, units, and laws that apply to the analysis of electric circuits. You will develop the skills necessary to use standard electrical instrumentation to measure the basic circuit quantities. A computer program will be used to perform circuit simulations. Course topics include Ohm's law, Kirchhoff's laws, simple DC circuit analysis, capacitance and an introduction to the oscilloscope.
