Description

Practical Cooking and Garde Manger is your introduction to the pantry and short order cooking stations where you will learn the fundamentals of preparing salads, sandwiches, breakfast and short order food items. We will reinforce your theory lessons and pay attention to safety and sanitation while developing your culinary skills. The course is comprised of 12 lessons over 4 weeks of delivery. Each 5 hour lesson contributes to your mark and there is no final test. You will have the opportunity to taste your dishes in each week of lessons and your professor will provide constant feedback on your progress.
