Description

This course is designed to introduce students to the proper use of the tools and equipment found in the automotive repair industry. Equipment training will include: chassis dynos, ignition scopes, lab scopes, scan tools, DVOMS (digital volt ohm meters), hoists, jacks and safety stands, engine cranes, A.C. (air conditioning) equipment, information systems, alignment machine, cleaning equipment, measuring devices, grinders and pneumatic tools. This will enhance the skills of the student upon entering the workplace with the ability to utilize the latest technology in diagnostic equipment.
