How can a Counsellor help me?
Talking about your thoughts and feelings with a supportive person can help feel better. It can be very healing to voice your worries or to talk about something that’s weighing on your mind. And, it feels good to be listened to—to know that someone else cares about you and wants to help.
When necessary, counsellors can also make referrals to appropriate community services for further assistance.
Speak with a Counsellor to discuss the issues below (or any related issues) by booking an appointment.

Courage does not always roar.
Sometimes courage is the quiet
voice at the end of the day saying,
‘I will try again tomorrow’.’
