Visit the Security Services section to report an incident, file a lost and found report (or find something that you lost!), learn about Campus Watch or opt into the Emergency Notification System and receive text alerts to your phone in the case of an emergency.
Professionally trained counsellors provide supportive guidance that assists students in achieving personal,and academic goals. Counsellors can help with periods of conflict or crisis, or emotional stress caused by school, relationships, family life or work. Counsellors also provide crisis intervention services, referrals and supports.
If you are struggling with a certain class you can sign up for a Peer Tutor. Peer tutors are students who have taken and excelled in a class and is offering their time to help others. It is a good opportunity for one on one instruction from someone who has been there.

In many college programs, first-year students will be assigned a faculty advisor. In some programs this will be the program coordinator, while in larger programs it could be another member of the program faculty. The role of the faculty advisor is to provide the student with a link to the many college resources and support services available to assist the student to achieve her/his educational goals.

Health Services strives to provide the best health care for students, and to promote awareness on a variety of health topics throughout the year. Each campus has a Health Centre (Welland: AH125, NOTL: W105) staffed by a Registered Nurse. We also provide doctor's clinics on campus during the week.
