Environmental Studies

Our Niagara-on-the-Lake Campus, home to NC environmental programs, boasts environmental, computer and Geographic Information Systems labs, as well as ecological “living labs". The campus is settled at the base of the Niagara Escarpment - a UNESCO world biosphere reserve - and boasts on-campus wetlands and lagoons rich with plants and wildlife, a greenhouse, and vineyard. Environmental research opportunities are available through Niagara Research.

Horticulture and Agribusiness Studies

Our Niagara-on-the-Lake Campus is a 27.5 hectare living laboratory that offers a unique opportunity for students to relate their environmental, horticultural and landscape studies to an actual development plan. The campus is settled at the base of the Niagara Escarpment - a UNESCO world biosphere reserve - and boasts Canada's only commercial teaching winery and vineyard, as well as a teaching greenhouse.
