Culinary Management (Co-op)

Two Years | Ontario College Diploma
Program Code 0435
Niagara-on-the-Lake Campus

I would recommend Niagara (College) because no matter what obstacle there is, someone will help with whatever you need. All of these things said, this helps get you ready for the workplace and you are able to put to practice right away what you have learned from these great chef professors

Nathan Libertini, Culinary Management (Co-op) graduate, May 2010

Niagara College is one of Ontario's 24 publicly-funded Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology. Its culinary programs and its Canadian Food and Wine Institute are in no way affiliated with the Niagara-on-the-Lake Culinary School, a private career college that has been the subject of recent media stories.

This flagship program of the Canadian Food and Wine Institute offers training in the fine arts of food preparation and presentation, as well as modern kitchen methods. A world-class faculty and state-of-the-art facilities make for an unbeatable combination in international culinary instruction.

Testimonials and Profiles

"I chose Niagara College because of the openness of the teaching staff at the information session. The class sizes were smaller than at other institutions as well."
