Niagara College has responded to the dynamic growth of the hospitality and tourism industry and all the opportunities it represents.

Staff from the Canadian Food and Wine Institute as well as prominent leaders within the culinary industry work side-by-side with the students in an interactive environment. Valuable experience can be gained on campus by working in world-class facilities such as the Canadian Food and Wine Institute Dining Room, Benchmark Restaurant.

Students enjoy opportunities to participate in local and international activities as part of their learning experience obtaining valuable insights and exposure around the globe.

Upon graduation, students are prepared to launch their culinary careers and capitalize on the many resources of our regional and international partners in all corners of the world.
