Important Note About This Certificate
Please be advised that the OMDP – Leadership Skills and the OMDP – Business Management certificates are no longer available. The two certificates will be replaced by the Leadership Development Series certificate.
The new certificate will include 10 courses, each 30 hours in length, with the following titles: Communications; Employment Law; Human Relations; Managing Performance; Leadership & Team Building; Managing Change; Finance; Project Management; Leading Responsibly; and Critical and Creative Thinking.
The LDS program is based on the OMDP concept of hands-on learning and interaction; it represents a detailed review of current organizational needs that provides an updated approach to management development.
The series was designed to provide the learner with the fundamental knowledge and skills associated with the tasks and duties of individuals in management positions or leadership roles.
