The Campus Stores, located at the Welland Campus and at the Niagara-on-the-Lake Campus, are open year-round to students and the general public. The Campus Stores sell in-class textbooks, supplies, computer accessories, trade and reference books, College clothing and gift-ware. The stores, located at the Welland and Niagara-on-the-Lake campuses, are open year-round to students and the general public. The store hours are extended at the beginning of each term.
Important Information
Canadian Food & Wine Institute/Culinary books and supplies are available only at the Niagara-on-the-Lake Campus Store. Otherwise, required texts are found at the campus where the program is being offered.
Payment may be made by cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or debit card. The Campus Stores will not accept credit card phone orders. We will ship your books directly to you (a handling fee applies). Sorry, no personal cheques.
Books can be ordered in advance online or by coming in to one of our campus locations. We will pack and hold at your campus store for pickup at your convenience. Books not picked up will be re-stocked.
Booklists will be posted in the book store just prior to each semester start-up.
Returned merchandise must be in resaleable condition. Do not remove the shrinkwrap, mark or read your textbook until you are certain about your courses.
Bookstore Refund Policy
The Campus Store Refund Policy requires that a sales receipt must be provided for all returned items. Refunds are available for two weeks from date of purchase with receipt. NO refunds will be given just prior to, during or just after exam weeks. If you are withdrawing from a course after the two week period, you must provide a copy of your withdrawal form.
ALL REFUNDS ARE MADE AT THE DISCRETION OF STORE PERSONNEL.
