Our Menus

We thank you for considering us for your dining reservation and would like to take an opportunity to draw the curtains back on our menu philosophy here at Benchmark.

Many people make reservations based on their favorite menu items, nostalgic memories, and a continuous search for new venues and innovative cuisines. At Benchmark our students are setting their standards high and using a weekly Prix Fixe menu structure to both, excite your palette, and showcase their skills.

With our Prix Fixe starting at $30 for two courses it is sure to keep you coming back time and time again to sample our seasonal fare.

Our Dinner Menu section will feature past menus enjoyed in the Benchmark Dining room as well as the menu for the upcoming week. Our menus will always feature a vegetarian option and dietary restrictions will be accommodated when communicated to your server or at the time of your reservation. Additionally, you can count on a poultry, meat, seafood, and vegetable oriented dish with each weekly menu we present. We look forward to your visit to Benchmark.

Every Saturday evening our students and chefs prepare a special Four Course Table D'Hote Menu for only $45 +taxes and gratuities.  Our students will also pair each course with NC Wine for an additional $15 per person +taxes and gratuities.
