Dental Clinic

The Niagara College Dental Clinic offers a variety of services to our students and the community.

The College Dental Clinic is located on the third floor of the Simcoe Wing at the Welland Campus, 300 Woodlawn Road.

Directions: (See How to Find Us for Map directions to Welland Campus)

  • Park in Parking Lot "F" (by the Student Residence off First Avenue)
  • Follow the path to the College doors from the parking lot.
  • Take elevator to third floor.

Adult Dental Clinic

  • The Adult Dental Clinic operates from September through June.
  • Dental care is provided by students and supervised by faculty.
  • Appointments include a complete examination, a thorough cleaning, scaling and polishing of teeth.
  • Radiographs and fluoride treatments are provided as required.
  • Fees range from $25 to $35 for adult clients.
  • Payment is due at the initial appointment.
  • Limited appointments are available and are three hours in length.
  • More than one appointment may be necessary.
  • Additional fees for other services including panoramic radiographs and whitening.

Children’s Dental Clinic

  • Operates from September through June.
  • Children (age 5-15) receive a complete oral examination, polishing and individual oral hygiene instruction.
  • Radiographs and fluoride treatments are provided as necessary.
  • Appointments are 3 hours in length.
  • The fee for children is $15.
  • Sealants available for a small additional fee.

Restorative Dental Clinic

  • To be eligible for restorative clinic, all patients must attend a dental hygiene preventative appointment.
  • Operates one day per week from February to April.
  • Dental Assistant students practice chairside skills with dentists from our community.
  • No emergency treatment, extensive restorative or surgical procedures are provided.
  • Appointments are usually one hour in length and are scheduled from the waiting list.
  • Restorative clinic offers very reasonable rates.
