About This Certificate

For many people, buying a home is one of the largest investments they will ever make, which is why, more and more potential home buyers are procuring the services of Home Inspectors.

Home Inspectors provide a consulting service that assists home buyers to make informed decisions about their potential new home.

As a Home Inspector, you will provide information regarding the condition of the home prior to the sale.

The systems and components of a home include roofing, structural, electrical, heating, air conditioning/heat pumps, plumbing, insulation and the interior.

The ten subjects in this certificate have been organized to address each of these areas, as well as to provide communication skills and knowledge of professional practice required to be successful in this growing industry.
