About This Certificate
The AutoCAD certificate program has been designed to enable you to pursue a career with in the engineering design/graphics work environment.
You may choose to specialize either in Mechanical Drawings or Construction. This Certificate is heavily lab oriented and you will enhance your skills with hands-on learning.
Program Delivery
Individual courses are open to all students whether or not they are working toward the certificate.

Career Opportunities
This certificate prepares individuals for a career in the fast growing field of Computer Aided Design/Drafting.
Graduates will have attained knowledge and skills in Auto Cad drafting and become qualified for a variety of positions in all aspects of design/drafting within the following industries: industrial, manufacturing, civil, mechanical, architectural, electrical and geographical engineering

Obtaining Your Certificate (Graduation)
Upon completion of all requirements, the student must complete an “application to graduate” form available from the Registrar’s Office. Students will be required to pay a $25 fee to attend the convocation ceremony in the fall.
The fee is payable with the “application to graduate” form. Applications and fees are to be returned to the Registrar’s Office. For more information, contact the Registrar’s Office.
