Rhonda Burns is the Program Coordinator and a Professor in the Office Administration programs. She joined the College in 1995 after having spent several years working in both administrative and teaching positions. She earned her designation as a Certified Administrative Professional from the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) and is a Microsoft Certified Application Specialist.
Prior to coming to Niagara, Rhonda spent several years teaching at a private business college. She also held positions as Placement Officer and Director of Admissions before joining Niagara College’s School of Business and Management.
As a senior member of the faculty team, Rhonda has provided many years of academic leadership and has participated as a speaker in the educational programs for the IAAP. In her role as an educator, she strives to provide her students with the professional skills and abilities to prepare them for a successful career in Office Administration.
